Growing through every season

A New Season Counseling was founded to give people in Aiken a steady place to work through anxiety, trauma, depression, and the ordinary hard seasons of family and marriage. We use evidence-based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Person-Centered Therapy — alongside a Christian-informed, whole-person perspective for clients who want that lens. Whatever season you’re in, our goal is the same: help you feel safe, understood, and equipped to move forward.
